Dennis uses a multi-dimensional style of coaching incorporating his
experience in: mindfulness based stress reduction, breath work,  
NeuroDynamic Self-Regulation, behavioral sciences, time management,
quantum physics, law of attraction, meditations, visualization and
relaxation.

His style of coaching is very direct shifting clients into the present
moment so they can live fully in the now and "talk forward" into building a
better future filled with greater success,  joy, creativity, and purpose.  He
teaches his clients how to "get free and stay free" once and for all so they
can live the lives they are meant to!
